RETURNS POLICY

Returns (if applicable) We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service(service@pickforu.store) to make sure you send the package to the right address.(Notes: Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 30 days refund.) If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product..

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us. Approximate shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays): a) standard worldwide shipping (Standard shipping fee is $6, over $50 free shipping) 15 to 25 business days (tracking system available varies) b) express worldwide shipping (express worldwide shipping fee is $11) 7 to 15 business days (tracking system available varies)

Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days. This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months), during promotions or other instances. PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME Please note that processing time (24 hours) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.
